In 1965, Tony Pinal started in the granite and tile business. Years later he opened Tony's Ceramic Tile in Bakersfield, California. As the years went by and the business prospered, Joel Robles joined the ceramic team in 1987. And then in 1992, Dominic Espitia came on board to join this dynamic team.

Unique to our studio is the Cambira Quartz Solid Surface Collection. This high-quality non-porous surface is only manufactured in the United States and only offered exclusively through Artesano Granite, Inc. in the greater Bakersfield area.

Granite makes the most durable type of stone countertop. Because stone is porous, each stone requires special sealants. But granite absorbs the least and only requires resealing about once a year. You can cut, roll dough, and place hot pots directly on granite.
